You may only register yourself for the Patient Portal and each user must have a unique email address and passcode. Once you register yourself, you will have the opportunity to request access to your dependent’s COVID-19 test results only if the dependent is under the age of 18. To obtain dependent lab test results for all other laboratory tests, please email your dependent’s name and date of birth to patientportal@bioreference.com or call our patient support line at (888) 279-0967.
